Application of immunoconjugates in tumor therapy

Targeting delivery is one of the tumor treatment focuses which can deliver anticancer agents to target sites and avoid impairing normal tissues.Monoclonal antibodies are applied increasingly to tumor treatment,while immunoconjugates can combine targeting of antibody with treatment function of con- jugated agents to achieve targeting and(or)synergistic effect.The main immunoconjugates include anti- bodies liuking with chemotherapy drugs,toxins,radioactive substance and recently developing nanometer particles.They all emerge therapeutical effect and prospect on tumor treatment.
