Reducing the impact of AI Planning on end users

In this paper we analyze the lessons learned during three projects that are being developed between our re- search group and our spin-off IActive Intelligent Solu- tions. These projects are based on the deployment of AI planning technology in three different business en- vironments with a different degree of maturity in ICT. In these three cases we will focus on how to extract do- main and problemfiles and how to integrate action plans with existing information services on the end-user side in order to facilitate the integration of P&S technology with legacy software and end-users work environment.
