The Application and Progress of Pollen Sterilization

In this paper,the principle and application of sterilization method for food, especially pollen, were introduced. Compared with conventional steam sterilization under pressure, echonol sterilization and so on, the sterilization of irradiation, microsave and high-pressure technology are effective, no degradation and no solvent residue.The new sterilization technique is worth to further apply.
