Research and simulation on underwater acoustic communication channel

A computer simulation method of the multipath and time-variance underwater acoustic channel based on ray theory and statistical properties of the signal is proposed.Computer simulations of the channel with Rayleigh fading are performed,and the results are helpful to understand the characteristics of the underwater acoustic communication channel and to design underwater acoustic communication systems.
