摘要
1240 The aim of this study was to investigate selected physiological profiles of the national team-handball (T-HB) and soccer players. A total of 45 (mean age=25.5±.8) subjects were participated in the study and constituted three groups. Each group comprised 15 subjects, team-handball, soccer, and sedentary controls. Soccer players showed significantly higher values in V̇O2ml and R. Whereas, team-handball players were significantly taller and heavier, and revealed significantly higher values in O2p (25.3±1.0), FFW (75.3±2.0), % Fat, and GS. Athletes of both sports revealed significantly higher V̇O2 ml, O2 p, GS, FFW, Ht, and RQ, and significantly lower values in % fat, and fat weight than the controls. Control subjects showed significantly lower values of V̇O2 ml, GS and FFW, and significantly higher values in % fat and maximal heart rate (HRM). (Table)TableIt is concluded that team-handball players were heavier, taller, and stronger than both soccer and controls. Soccer athletes were slimmer and revealed higher aerobic power than the other two groups.
