摘要
In this work, a 5.8-GHz transceiver front-end applying in DSRC (dedicated short-range communication) systems is designed and fabricated on a chip using TSMC 0.18 拢gm CMOS process. This paper presents the design of a switched capacitor (SC) filters for WiMAX application. Bilinear implementation technique is applied to the fifth-order elliptic SC filter, and are implemented in a 0.18 拢gm CMOS technology. Measured cutoff frequency of the filter is 10.1 MHz. We achieve 47 dB SFDR and stop band attenuation greater than 30 dB. The circuit operates with a 1.8 V supply and dissipates 18 mW when sampled at 80 MHz.
