A Sine-Wave Oscillator Based on Switched-Capacitor Technique

摘要
This paper presents a simple approach for the realization of sine-wave oscillator based on switched-capacitor (SC) technique. The structure includes an integra-tor and a sample/hold (S/H) part and generates sinusoidal signals with frequencies proportional to capacitance ratio. Analysis on the effects of nonidealities such as op-amp offset voltage and finite open-loop gain is given, showing the converter has the possibility of good performance. Simulation results and experimental measurement are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness.
