摘要
This AA-sized micro power generator is the smallest vibration-to-electrical transducer that can power off-the-shelf ICs. It produces an open-circuit DC output voltage of 2.3 V and is entirely vibration powered. Two micro power transducers convert vibration energy into electrical energy. In a practical application, the MPG, along with a startup circuit and a voltage regulator, powered a wireless thermometer that had an average power consumption of 27.6 mW.
