Haowen Zhong was born in 1993 in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China. He received the B.Sc. degree in measurement and control technology and instrumentation from Hunan University, Hunan, China, in 2017. He was a visiting scholar at Harvard Medical School, Boston, MA, USA, and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC), Boston, from 2019 to 2021.
