Zhiqiang Gong

Zhiqiang Gong received the B.S. degree in applied mathematics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China, in 2013, the M.S. degree in applied mathematics from the National University of Defense Technology (NUDT), Changsha, China, in 2015, and the Ph.D. degree in information and communication engineering from the National Key Laboratory of Science and Technology on ATR, NUDT, in 2019. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the National Innovation Institute of Defense Technology, Chinese Academy of Military Science, Beijing, China. He has authored more than ten peer-reviewed articles in international journals, such as the IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, the IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, the IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing, the IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Letters, and the IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Applied Earth Observations and Remote Sensing. His research interests are computer vision, machine learning, and image analysis.
