Bio
Zheng Liu received his B.S. degree in electronics from Peking University in Beijing, China, the M.S degree from UCLA and his Ph.D degree in electrical and computer engineering from Princeton University in 2013, 2015 and 2023 respectively. From 2015 to 2018, he was a senior design engineer at Skyworks Solutions Inc, Newbury Park, CA, where he worked on RF front-end module. His research interests include mm-wave/sub THz power amplifiers, high-efficiency transmitter architectures and wideband phased array systems. Zheng received the Bede Liu Best Ph.D Dissertation award from Princeton University in 2023, Advanced Practice Paper Award in IEEE International Microwave Symposium (IMS) 2022, MTT-s Graduate Fellowship Award in 2021, Analog Devices Outstanding Student Designer Award in 2021, Yan Huo'94 Fellowship from Princeton University in 2020, and was a recipient of multiple IEEE IMS Best Student Paper Awards (2nd place in 2020 and 3rd place in 2021).
