个人简介
Yun’s research interests focus on: 1) synthesis of molecular recognition micro-/nano-probes with polymer microspheres or nanomaterials (e.g., Au nanoparticles, Au/Ag nanoclusters, carbon dots, etc.) labelled with antibodies or functional nucleic acids such as aptamer; 2) design of signal amplification strategies based on DNA machines, enzyme-catalyzed reactions, target-triggered autocatalysis, etc.; 3) development of point-of-care microfluidic paper-based analytical devices; and 4) fabrication of nature-inspired functional films, for instance, lotus-inspired superhydrophobic coatings and mussel-inspired adhesive films, for analytical applications.
