个人简介
Zakhar Kudrynskyi is an experimental physicist and materials scientist with a background in semiconductor physics, growth of layered, i.e. van der Waals, crystals and fabrication of nanoscale devices. He also has extensive expertise of various characterization techniques including low-temperature and high magnetic field magneto-transport measurements, photoluminescence and Raman spectroscopies, etc. His current research interests are focused on studying a novel class of 2D materials and heterostructures towards understanding their fundamental properties and developing applications in a range of technologies.
