主要学术贡献包括:(1)建立实体语法系统理论体系,发现复杂系统涌现性形成的基本定理和纠缠的耦合系统机制,并将其应用于中药药性理论研究、中药作用机理解析、中药有效成分群发现、中药设计、中药智能制造理论、医药大数据研究,总结形成中药复杂系统研究的SIMPP方法论;(2)提出“药性组合三联密码子”与“中药学中心法则”概念,系统开展药性组合与中药功效、药理作用、证候要素、治则治法、配伍理论的关系研究,创立基于药性组合模式的中药设计方法及其智能化系统;(3)提出“中药质量树”概念,建立基于中药质量树的全程质量控制方法与“服务前台-产品中台-质量后台”架构的中药AIOT系统。
