Overview of the research
Understanding the physical properties of agricultural products and foods using terahertz spectroscopy and evaluating cells using intracellular water molecule dynamics. I have also developed unique sensing methods using metal periodic structure, Near-field array sensor, etc. and applied them to agricultural products and food safety, medical diagnosis and life sciences.
