个人简介
Zhao Yuan (S’16) received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, and the master’s degree in electrical engineering from Arizona State University, Tempe, AZ, USA, in 2015 and 2017, respectively. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, AR, USA.
In 2019, he was a Research Intern at the United Technologies Research Center (UTRC), East Hartford, CT, USA. He is also a Graduate Researching Assistant involved in the research project with the National Science Foundation (NSF) Engineering Research Center for Power Optimization of Electro-thermal Systems (POETS). His current research interests include the design and electrothermal optimization of high-power converters for traction systems, power module packaging, and analysis and mitigation of electromagnetic interference (EMI) in wide-bandgap devices-based power converters.
Mr. Yuan was a recipient of the Second Place Student Article Award at the 2018 National Aerospace Electronics Conference (NAECON).
