Yu-Cheng Pei

Yu-Cheng Pei received the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Neuroscience, Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD, USA, in 2009. He is currently an Attending Physician and the Principal Investigator of the Somatosensory Laboratory and the Director of the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Linkou, Taoyuan, Taiwan. He is specialized in rehabilitation science and system neuroscience. His recent work focused on the neural processing of tactile motion in animals and humans. He also performed translational studies as he designed rehabilitation robots inspired by pathophysiological knowledge obtained through neuroscience research works.
