Younghwi Yang

Younghwi Yang was born in Seoul, South Korea, in 1988. He received the B.S. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Yonsei University, Seoul, in 2011, where he is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in electrical and electronic engineering. His current research interests include ETSOI-based SRAM bitcell design, FinFET-based near- and sub- $V$ th SRAM, and nand flash design.
