Yongchao Su

Dr. Yongchao Su is a Senior Principal Scientist in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Clinical Supply, Merck & Co, Inc. He teaches as an Adjunct Associate Professor in the College of Pharmacy at the University of Texas at Austin and Purdue University, and Professor of Practice in School of Pharmacy at University of Connecticut. Yongchao received his Ph.D. of Chemistry at Iowa State University in 2011 and then a postdoctoral training at MIT till 2014. His current research aims to understand molecular mechanisms of drug delivery, stability, and quality. He has published over 120 peer-reviewed articles and many patents on chemical and biological therapeutics. In 2022, he was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC).
