Yong Ye

Yong Ye was born in Chaohu, China. He received the B.S. degree in microelectronics from Sichuan University, Chengdu, China, in 2012. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai, China. He is involved in research on circuit design and manufacture of phase change memory for advanced CMOS logic process.
