Yongjian Yang

Yongjian Yang was born in 1988. He received the B.S. degree in information countermeasure from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China, in 2010, and the M.S. degree in signal and information processing and the Ph.D. degree in information and communication engineering from Air Force Engineering University, Xi’an, China, in 2012 and 2016, respectively. From 2018 to 2021, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow with Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi’an. Since 2017, he has been a Lecturer with Air Force Engineering University. His research interests include radar signal and information processing, evolutionary computation algorithms, and multi-target tracking
