Yolanda Carrion

YOLANDA CARRION MARCO is a Ramon y Cajal Research Fellow at the Department of Prehistory, Archaeology and Ancient History of the University of Valencia, Spain. She specialises in Charcoal Analysis and her research lines deal with woodland exploitation, landscape reconstruction, land use and history of the species. Her recent works include Middle and Upper Palaeolithic charcoal records from Iberian and North African sites. She is a researcher in several projects and principal investigator of a prject of the Spanish Ministry about past vegetation dynamics under human impact in the Balearic Islands.
