个人简介
I’m a RNA biologist, analytical chemist and drug developer who is working to bring life-changing drugs from bench-to-bedside. I build platforms to discover and validate radically different science-based, analytics-driven, drug targets. While simultaneously providing the regulatory frameworks required to expedite approval of these therapeutics and meet safety and efficacy requirements.
As a creative problem solver, I enjoy generating out-of-the- box ideas that create value and opportunities. I seek the adrenaline rush of having an epiphany.
My strength lies in developing solutions which address unmet medical needs and complex scientific problems. As a scientist, I discovered fundamental properties of genetic coding that enabled pathogens to survive hostile environments; the principles of which are currently used to understand cellular behavior across multiple fields from cancer to biologics production.
As a drug developer, I formulated and executed strategies on rapid response to infectious diseases, by bringing three antiviral therapeutic antibodies to clinical trials within months of discovery.
I believe the current pandemic-driven tech revolution will allow us to proactively create systems that rapidly diagnose diseases, design cures, and treat patients whenever, and wherever, it is needed.
