Bio
Yipeng Zhou (周义朋) is an assistant professor of the Network Engineering Department, College of Computer Science and Software Engineering, Shenzhen University. Yipeng Zhou obtained the Bachelor's degree in computer science from University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), Mphil and Ph.D degree from the Department of Information Engineering at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. His supervisors are Prof. Dah Ming Chiu and Prof. John C.S. Lui. From 2012-2013, he is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Institute of Network Coding(INC) of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. His research interest lies in modeling and performance evaluation of Peer-to-Peer network.
He is a member of team "Student" to take part in ACM/ICPC in Shanghai Regional Contest in 2004 and Beijing Regional Contest in 2005. In 2006, he got honorable mention award in ACM/ICPC world final contest in San Antonio, USA.
Finance and Investment are his personal interests. He spent two years time to pass Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) level I, II and III exams from 2007 to 2009.
