研究方向:基于微流控技术、细胞分子生物学、高分子聚合物的交叉学科领域。包括微流控芯片单细胞分析、器官芯片设计与应用、细胞外基质材料开发、海洋生物微环境检测等。主要从事以微流控技术为平台的单细胞分析、高分子生物材料的开发与应用的研究,并在与机器学习的交叉学科领域有诸多突破性进展。成果以发表在Adv. Sci.、Lab Chip、Biomicrofluidics、Commun. Biol.、Biomacromolecules等国际权威杂志上。目前主要的研究方向为微流控芯片细胞测序、肿瘤器官芯片、仿生高分子材料的开发与应用、海洋微生物与微环境相互作用机制研究。
