Bio
汪毅,副教授,博导,武汉光电国家研究中心光电子器件与集成研究部教师,近五年主持和参与国家重大研究计划两项(4500万),国家自然科学基金重点项目,国家自然科学基金面上项目两项,留学基金委中法蔡元培项目和湖北省自然基金重大项目等7项目。在Optics Letter, Optics Express, Applied Physics Letters等国际著名期刊发表论文40余篇。获首届中国光学重要进展(2007),2012优秀硕士论文指导教师,科技部重点专项专家(2015),武汉市科技厅重点项目评议专家(2017)。研究团队拥有完善的硅基芯片设计、加工和测试的软硬件平台,与美国、法国、日本等多家高校和研究单位有长期的合作关系,优秀学生可以选派和申请到国外大学进行联合培养。毕业学生均已进入华为、中芯、科学院等优质高等学府和企业工作。
