Yi Fan Chen

Yi Fan Chen received the M.Eng. degree in mechanical and production engineering from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, in 2000, with a specialization in microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) design, simulation, and fabrication. In 2001, he joined the BioMEMS Project at NTU, where he was responsible for developing a microthermofluidics system. He is currently with the Institute of Materials Research and Engineering, Singapore, developing piezoelectric sensors and transducers, and MEMS devices systems. He is interested in MEMS/fluidic handling systems, piezoelectric sensors and transducers, and nanotechnology.
