Yawei Qiao

Yawei Qiao received the Medicine degree from China. She has been working with research laboratories in USA, since 1998. She is a Research Investigator, and currently working with the MD Anderson Cancer Center, Department of Experimental Radiation Oncology. She focuses on biomarkers and genetic determinants for the DNA repair deficient phenotype and variations in cell death and participate several lines of research to identify novel agents to combine with radiation to enhance treatment effects through the application of high throughput screening methods.
