Research Achievement:
Professor Wang Yingjun has been engaged in teaching and scientific research of biomedical materials for many years. The orderly assembling mechanism of calcium and phosphorus minerals in natural bone tissue under the control of biological macromolecular matrix was systematically studied, and a new concept of biological response for bone tissue repair was proposed, which laid a solid foundation for the development of the third generation of bioresponsive bone-like materials with controllable cell function. The key technology of biologically active bone-like materials limited reflecting space template biomimetic technology was overcome, and the crystallization of such materials was realized. Accurate control of the distribution of C-type and nano-scale. On this basis, the biomimetic construction technology of multi-level bone-like structure of bioactive implant materials was systematically studied, which solved the technical problems of spatial distribution control and integrated preparation of different pore levels, and the results showed that the technology was in the international leading level.
She has published more than 310 scientific research papers (including more than 190 in three major indexes), authorized and accepted 44 national invention patents. She has won more than 10 awards, including the Second Prize of National Science and Technology Invention, the First Prize of Natural Science of the Ministry of Education, the First Prize of Guangdong Science and Technology Prize and the Gold Prize and Silver Prize of International Invention Exhibition. The monograph Biomedical Ceramic Materials was selected as the third Three Hundreds original publishing project - Science and Technology Award of the General Administration of Press and Publication in 2011.
