Dr. Xing Wang received his B.S. (2001) degree in chemistry, and then Ph.D. (2006) degree in polymer chemistry and physics from Jilin University of China with Prof. Wanjin Zhang and Prof. Yen Wei. Then he moved to the Physical Institute of Muenster University and CeNTech in Germany as a Post-doc with Prof. Taolei Sun (2007-2011), in Prof. Harald Fuchs interface physics group. From Sept. 2011, with an honor of overseas talent, he joined Beijing University of Chemical Technology as an associate professor. Now he is a full professor with Young Talent of BUCT Awards and served as vice dean of scientific research of the College of Life Science and Technology. His current research interests include design, synthesis and bio-applications of biomedical polymers, drug carriers, bio-surface and interface issues in the fields of biomaterial and biomedicine.
