Xiaoyuan Fan (Senior Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Wyoming, Laramie, WY, USA, in 2016, and the M.S. and B.S. degrees in electrical engineering from the Huazhong University of Sciences and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2012 and 2009, respectively. He is currently a Senior Staff Engineer and Power Electronics Team Leader with the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), Richland, WA, USA. His research interests include the data analytics for power system reliability, multi-discipline resilience analysis and high-performance computing. He is a volunteer Reviewer of more than 20 top-level journals and conferences in the area of power systems and signal processing.
