Xiaofeng Liu

Xiaofeng Liu has been devoted to uncover the targets involved in therapy resistance of malignancies including colorectal cancer and hepatocellular carcinoma as well as explore the underlying mechanisms. The research in our laboratory is aimed at developing the potential targets and applying them to improve strategy for treating human cancers. At this stage, we mainly focus on studying the roles of post-translational modification and noncoding RNAs in tumor metastasis and drug-resistance.
