Bio

Xiao Li (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree from Shandong University, Jinan, China, in 2015, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from The Ohio State University, Columbus, OH, USA, in 2017 and 2022, respectively, all in electrical engineering. She is currently a Power Electronics Engineer with Apple, San Jose, CA, USA. Her main research interests include wide bandgap power semiconductor devices and their applications, including high-frequency, high power density power converters, and circuit breakers.
