Xiaofu Zhang

Xiaofu Zhang was born in Sichuan Province, China, in 1988. He received the B.S. degree in safety engineering from the Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Beijing, China, in 2010, the M.S. degree in microelectronics and solid-state electronics from the Xinjiang Technical Institute of Physics & Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), Urumchi, China, in 2013, and the Ph.D. degree in experimental condensed matter physics from Universität Zürich, Zurich, Switzerland, in 2018. He was a Senior Scientist with the Research Group of Prof. A. Schilling, Universität Zürich, until 2021. He is currently an Associate Researcher with the SNSPD Group, State Key Laboratory of Functional Materials for Informatics, Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, CAS, Shanghai, China. His research interests include the superconductor-insulator quantum phase transition and detection mechanism in superconductive devices.
