Bio
I have extensive training and a broad background in cognitive psychology and neuroimaging, which are necessary for successfully carrying out the research work for my job position. I had my initial training in cognitive neuroscience in my Ph. D. program, in which I learned to use functional MRI in studies of working memory and high-level cognitive functions, as well as to perform psychological studies on vision and working memory. As a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Minnesota, I carried out psychological and functional MRI studies on normal vision and attention. At Emory University, I expanded my research experience by applying structural MRI, functional MRI, diffusion MRI, perfusion MRI and MR spectroscopy in studies of normal individuals and patients. I have worked with different research teams and have broad experience in experiment design, data collection, data analysis, and publication of research results.
