Bringing together all players in oncology around an ambitious common project: ICANS - Institut de cancérologie Strasbourg Europe

This is the objective of Professor Xavier Pivot who, in the continuity of the work accomplished by his predecessors, has the mission not only to lead the alliance of the Paul Strauss Center and the University Hospitals of Strasbourg until the opening of the ICANS - Institut de cancérologie Strasbourg Europe in 2019 but also to steer its deployment and lead this new hospital towards the model of a European Comprehensive Cancer Center which will offer the best care, better training in oncology and an integrated research program in the goal of accelerating patient access to innovation in oncology.
