Bio
窦贤康教授长期从事中高层大气理论、观测与实验综合研究,多年来他坚持针对学科前沿问题,独立自主研制了系列激光雷达观测系统,车载测风激光雷达系统填补了国内在该领域的空白,技术水平达到国际领先水平,国际上首次研制成功基于上转化技术的量子激光雷达,开创了一种激光雷达探测新体制;基于在观测设备上的开拓性工作,在中层顶区域大气动力学和光化学等领域的研究取得了系统性和创新性成果。获得国家发明专利27项,发表国际SCI论文110余篇。相关成果获得2014年军队科技进步一等奖和2017年安徽省自然科学一等奖(均排名第一) 。其主要学术成绩与贡献:一是推动激光雷达探测技术的发展,在国际上首次研制成功基于上转化技术的量子激光雷达,为中高层大气研究奠定坚实的观测基础,二是利用自主研发设备设计观测试验,揭示了中性大气与电离成分作用机制,三是在中高层大气对低层大气响应研究中,提出了若干大气波动影响中高层大气变化性的新机理,为中高层大气建模和精确预报奠定了基础。
