个人简介
Currently, my research group is developing various statistical methodologies for GWAS, heritability estimation and genomic risk prediction and analyzing genomic and epigenomic data to identify causal variants and examine causal relationship between disease and other factors. As my early career, I worked for an IT company as a computer programmer and thus have programming skill in C/C++, Java, Python, R as well as parallel computing. During my doctoral and postdoctoral years, I developed novel statistical methodologies for genome-wide association studies (GWAS), quantitative trait loci (QTL), expression QTL (eQTL) mapping and genomic risk prediction. Also, I participated in a variety of large-scale omics projects such as identification of shared genetic architecture and analyses of methylation and metabolomics data.
