In 2015, as a senior material engineer, I was keen to develop a better understanding of the fatigue behaviour of materials through analysing a simple harmonic oscillator model. Whilst I contemplated the behaviour of springs, I suddenly realized that there are some ideal approximations and ad hoc assumptions inside the foundation theories of physics. Since then, I have devoted most of my weekends and holidays, in the hope of advancing the foundation theories of physics and realizing my childhood dream. I am grateful that after six years hard-working of independent research, a radical new direction has been discovered and explored for the advancement of the foundational theory with clearly defined theorems of physics and simple frames of mathematics. There is a huge potential to develop further to explain the physical phenomena that have plagued the physical world for many years through advancing the understanding of the interacting and recirculating of photons, neutrinos, cosmic rays and all sorts of particles immersed in the thermal bath of the ocean of photons quantitatively. The published four papers last year are mainly about Astrophysics. Benefited from my background in Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy and Acoustic Emission, exciting progress has been made recently in advancing the new foundational theory and applying it into microcosms. A new paper has been accepted for publication in 02.2022. Radical breakthroughs in advancing the understanding of the fine structure constant, amazing photons, spin and vacuum polarization have been made. A modified Uncertainty Principle has been proposed.
