Wen Chen

Wen Chen received the Ph.D. degree from Xiamen University, Xiamen, China in 2011. He become a Senior Engineer with ST Electronics (Satcom & Sensor Systems) Pte Ltd in Singapore. Since 2014, he has been Leading several projects on online structural health monitoring (SHM) of power transmission lines using distributed optical fiber sensor (OFS). In 2018, he become a Scientist II with Institute for Infocomm Research (I $^{2}$ R), Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A $\star$ STAR), Singapore and involved with the development and application of distributed fiber sensor system. He is currently with the school of Ocean Information Engineering, Jimei University, Xiamen, China, focusing on SHM with OFS.
