Weizhen Yao, PhD Key Laboratory of Semiconductor Materials Science Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Science No. 35A, East Qinghua Road Haidian District, Beijing, China e-mail: wz-yao@semi.ac.cn Weizhen Yao received the Ph.D. degree from the University of Tours, Tours, France, in 2018. He is currently an Associate Research Fellow at the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Science. Prior to joining CAS, he was an Engineer with STMicroelectronics Corporation, Tours, where he has been working on the technology and modeling of semiconductor devices. His current research interests include Gallium-Nitride-related Materials, MOCVD and GaN Devices.
