Vikkitharan Gnanasambandapillai

Vikkitharan Gnanasambandapillai received the B.Sc. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from the University of Peradeniya, Peradeniya, Sri Lanka, in 2006, and the M.Sc. degree in computer control and automation from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 2007. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the School of Computer Science and Engineering, UNSW, Sydney, NSW, Australia. He was a Research and Development Engineer with Seagate Technology, Singapore. He is a Developmental Computational Scientist with the Garvan Institute of Medical Research, Darlinghurst, NSW, Australia. His research interests include genomics computations and hardware/software codesign.
