个人简介
My career interests are broadly targeted towards exploiting recent advances in advances in behavioral sensing (via pervasive sensors, brain-imaging etc.) and sense-making (computational intelligence, pattern recognition etc.) to augment human capabilities and enhance human well-being. Thus, my research work is based on the principles of principles of human-centered computing and unfolds at the intersection of personal/behavioral analytics via lifelogging and pervasive sensing, computational intelligence, neuro-informatics, cognitive interventions, and multi-modal human-agent interaction. In this space, my objective is to (a) develop systems for effectively sensing an individual’s physical or cognitive activities, behavior, abilities etc. using pervasive sensors and brain imaging modalities, (b) analysis of the sensor data using context-aware, resource-efficient, computational intelligence methods and (c) use this analysis to equip an interactive assistive agent with the ability to offer personalized assistance.
