Bio

Umut Arslan received the B.S. degree from Sabanci University, Istanbul, Turkey, in 2003, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical and computer engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA, USA, in 2005 and 2010, respectively. He joined Advanced Design at Logic Technology Development, Intel Corporation, in 2010, and has been responsible for the development of fully integrated charge pumps and voltage regulators for high-density memory. His interests are in low-power high-performance memory and analog circuit design.
