His work encompasses the characterization of next-generation battery materials for energy storage as well as the preparation and study of structure-property relationships of polymer-templated mesostructured metal oxide thin films. He is the author of >170 peer‐reviewed journal papers (h-index 55 [Web of Science, as of Dec. 2021]) and co-inventor of 25 inventions with patents issued or filed.
