He is especially interested in paediatric oncology, neuro-oncology, hematology, sarcomas and digestive oncology. He is author or co-author of over 80 articles in peer-reviewed journals. He is chairman of the radiotherapy committee of SIOPEN, member of the radiotherapy committee of EpSSG and board member of SIOPEN and SIOPE, where he is also involved in the radiotherapy quality assurance programme for paediatric oncology trials. He is also board member of the BANO and the BACR.
