Tirtharaj Dash

I am a Postdoctoral Scholar-Employee at the University of California, San Diego. My current research focuses on using AI to improve health, specifically, Boolean analysis of Biological Datasets and using Deep Learning to contribute to the field of drug discovery that can have a lasting impact on human health. In general, my research areas of interest are Deep Learning, Neuro-Symbolic Models, Graph Representation Learning, and Machine Learning for Science. I completed my PhD in Computer Science in July 2022 from BITS Pilani. I completed my doctoral research from Jan 2017 to April 2022 under the supervision of Senior Professor Ashwin Srinivasan. The title of my PhD thesis is “Inclusion of Symbolic Domain-Knowledge into Deep Neural Networks”.
