Bio
My main research goal is to discover and characterize massive planets around nearby stars by direct imaging, and to push our ability to image ever fainter planets. I have recently begun to combine imaging, radial velocity, and ultra-precise measurements of stellar positions from the Gaia satellite to discover and weigh faint companions to nearby stars, including planets, brown dwarfs, and white dwarfs.
My other active research projects include work on stellar evolution, stellar ages, and star clusters.
