Tianwu Wang

Tianwu Wang was born in Hei Long Jiang Province, China, in 1984. He received the B.E. degree in optoelectric engineering and the M.S. degree in optical engineering from the National University of Defense Technology, Changsha, China, in 2007 and 2009, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Photonics Engineering, Technical University of Denmark, Kongens Lyngby, Denmark, in 2015. He was a Postdoctoral Researcher on terahertz scanning tunneling microscopy at the University of Alberta, Edmonton, AB, Canada. Since 2020, he has been a Researcher with Aerospace Information Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China. His research areas include ultrabroadband, strong field, time-resolved THz spectroscopy, THz-SNOM, THz-STM, and ultrafast laser technology.
