He has authored or coauthored numerous patents and more than 80 technical publications in these areas. Dr. Toifl was a recipient of the Beatrice Winner Award for Editorial Excellence at the 2005 IEEE International Solid-State Circuits Conference (ISSCC). He currently serves on the TPC for the IEEE BiCMOS and Compound Semiconductor Integrated Circuits and Technology Symposium (BCICTS) and ISSCC.
